All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your payment method. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

1.4 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, copy, images, and designs — is the exclusive property of Suntagged and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suntagged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

1.6 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.

We use Meta Pixel (browser-side) and Meta Conversions API (server-side) to measure ad performance and build audiences. These tools send hashed event data (e.g., page views, purchases) to Meta only after consent is granted. No raw personal data (email, phone) is transmitted without explicit consent.

3.4 Opt-Out

4.1 Product Use Disclaimer

Suntagged tanning stickers are cosmetic accessories designed for use during sun exposure or tanning bed sessions. They are not a substitute for sunscreen or UV protection. Always apply appropriate SPF sunscreen to all exposed skin not covered by the sticker. Prolonged unprotected UV exposure can cause sunburn, premature skin ageing, and increased risk of skin cancer.

4.2 Skin Sensitivity

Our stickers are made with skin-safe adhesive; however, individual skin sensitivities vary. Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or allergic reaction occurs. Suntagged is not liable for any skin reactions resulting from product use.

4.3 Results Disclaimer

Tanning results vary based on skin type, UV intensity, duration of exposure, and individual factors. Suntagged does not guarantee specific tanning outcomes. Product images and lifestyle photos are for illustrative purposes only.

4.4 "As Is" Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4.5 External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site.

Due to the nature of our products (personal care / cosmetic accessories), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

5.1 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@suntagged.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the affected items at no charge.

5.2 Lost Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 14 days. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, reship or refund at our discretion.

5.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being flagged and future orders declined. We encourage you to reach out — we are happy to resolve any issue directly.
